Whats your turn around time?
I always say my turn around time for a couple, portrait, etc session is a max of 3 weeks. For weddings I say 8-10 weeks. Depending on how booked I am, sometimes you can receive your photos sooner. If you would like to request your photos sooner, you can pay an extra fee for your photos to be done quicker.
Why do you need a deposit?
I get several inquiries a week and in order to reserve a date and time, I need a deposit. The deposit is not an extra fee, it will go towards the final total.
How many photos do we get?
Each package comes with a minimum amount of photos, you can see these by clicking on the "Experience and Pricing" page. Editing takes an extreme amount of time, but if you would like to request additional edits, there will be an extra fee.
What if i need to cancel?
I ask that you cancel 48 hours before the scheduled session. If you cancel within the 48 hours, you will not get your deposit back. Wedding deposits are non-refundable. If you end up canceling the wedding, you will receive a partial refund. If you happen to test positive for COVID, I will keep the deposit and expect you to reschedule.
How do we get our photos?
Your entire edited gallery will be uploaded to Pixieset in my client arena where you will receive a full resolution download. I leave your gallery on the site for up to 1 year before they get taken down.
What should we wear?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, but as far as colors go, I always suggest wearing neutral or earth tones and NO LOGOS or crazy patterns that distract from the couple.
Do you retouch photos?
Absolutely! Professional editing is where I spend 90% of my time when it comes to photography. I apply my presets, adjust coloring and lighting, touch up skin tones, remove blemishes, apply crop, and edit in photoshop if necessary. If there are certain aspects you don't want me to edit or tweak, you can request that I don't.
How do we book you?
You can book me through Instagram or my website. I will officially reserve your date once I receive a deposit.
Do you Travel?
Yes! I love destination photography! All travel fees are included in my Out of State Wedding Package, but traveling outside of the country will have additional fees.
Can you help us with planning?
Yes! I will help you with planning out the best times to take photos and help you organize group photos, exit photos, etc.
How far out do you book?
I book as far out as 1-2 years, as long as a 50% deposit is paid. I will not book within a week prior to the shoot.
How long have you been doing this?
I got into photography when I was 8 years old, but I've been doing professional photography since I was 14 and wedding photography since I was 17.
What should we do for an engagement session?
I have several locations that I love for engagements! It just depends if the couple wants a more nature inspired shoot or if they want a more urban inspired shoot.
